Open Top Up in the dashboard
Go to Dashboard → Top Up. Pick your coin and EUR amount, then click Create payment. You receive a unique address and exact crypto amount.

TRX and LTC (usually fastest)
Tron (TRX) and Litecoin (LTC) typically confirm in a few minutes with low fees. Good choice when you need balance quickly before a call.

ETH and BNB
Ethereum and BNB are reliable but network congestion can add wait time. Send the exact amount shown; underpayments may delay manual review.

BTC and SOL
Bitcoin can take longer depending on mempool fees. Solana is fast on-chain but always double-check the address and network before sending.

Wait for confirmations
The invoice stays pending until our listener sees enough confirmations. Paid invoices move to Recent deposits with status Paid. Expired invoices need a new payment.
