Service

Voniq provides prepaid VoIP calling over SIP. There is no free plan: you must subscribe to Basic, Pro, or Enterprise and top up your balance before placing outbound calls. Connect using PhonerLite, MicroSIP, or another compatible softphone with the SIP credentials we provide.

One account is for one person or one legal entity unless we approve otherwise in writing. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.

Plans and billing

Basic costs €20 per month, Pro €35 per month, and Enterprise €75 per month when billed monthly. You may also pay upfront for three months at a 5% discount on the total (for example, Basic: €57.00 for three months instead of €60.00).

Call minutes are billed per second on top of your plan. Crypto is accepted for balance top-ups. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period. Chargebacks or fraudulent payments result in immediate suspension.

Account sharing and resale

You may not share, lend, sell, or give access to your Voniq account, SIP credentials, or dashboard login to any third party without our written permission.

Reselling Voniq minutes, routes, or trunk access is prohibited unless you hold a separate reseller agreement signed by Voniq. Unauthorized resale leads to permanent termination and forfeiture of remaining balance.

Creating multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or billing is not allowed. We may link related accounts and act on all of them together.

Coverage

Outbound calling is currently available to four countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. Our carrier routes are optimized for Central Europe; roughly 90% of traffic uses European interconnect paths, with a focus on German-speaking destinations.

Payments

Balances are topped up with cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, BNB, TRX). Rates are per second. Unused balance remains on your account until used or the account is closed according to our retention rules.

Acceptable use

You may not use Voniq for fraud, harassment, illegal robocalling, impersonation of emergency services, threats, scams, or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse without refund.

Custom caller ID and anonymous calling features must be used lawfully. Misuse may be reported to authorities when required.

You may not attack, probe, scan, or attempt to exploit Voniq systems, SIP infrastructure, billing logic, or carrier routes. This includes toll fraud, route manipulation, credential stuffing, and any attempt to bypass rate limits or account restrictions.

DDoS attacks, flooding, or stress testing directed at Voniq gateways, trunks, or partner carriers result in an immediate permanent ban. We cooperate with upstream providers and law enforcement on such incidents.

Dashboard, streaming, and publicity

Streaming, screen-recording, or publicly broadcasting the Voniq web dashboard (live or recorded) without written consent is prohibited. This includes Twitch, YouTube, Discord stage streams, and similar platforms where account data, balances, or call metadata could be exposed.

You may not defame, harass, or publish false statements about Voniq, its operators, staff, or infrastructure with intent to harm reputation or business. Disputes should be raised through official support channels.

Publishing internal support conversations, private outage details, or confidential routing information without permission is not allowed.

REST API (Enterprise)

REST API access is listed under Enterprise but is not enabled automatically. You must request activation through support. Additional setup and usage fees may apply. Unauthorized API use or scraping of dashboard endpoints is treated as a terms violation.

Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend, or permanently ban accounts at our discretion when these terms are violated. Banned users may not open new accounts without approval.

Remaining balance on terminated abuse accounts may be forfeited. We are not obliged to provide a refund when termination is due to a breach of these terms.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and carrier issues may affect call quality or completion. See our status page for current system health.
