Voniq focuses on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. Our carriers prioritize European interconnect paths instead of sending DACH calls through US hubs.
- 1
What is a route?
When you dial out, your call travels from your softphone to Voniq, then through carrier partners until it reaches the destination network. Each hop adds latency.
- 2
Why EU paths matter
Calls that stay in Europe usually have lower round-trip time and fewer audio issues. Roughly 90% of Voniq minutes use EU interconnects for supported countries.
- 3
Germany and Austria
These destinations get the most direct paths. Pro and Enterprise plans can use priority routing queues during peak hours.
- 4
Switzerland and Luxembourg
Fully supported with the same per-second billing. Rates are shown in the dashboard before you dial.
- 5
When quality drops
Carrier maintenance or upstream outages can affect completion rates. Check the status page and Discord for live updates before reporting an issue.
We do not guarantee every call will use a specific carrier, but our design goal is consistent low-latency routing inside Europe.
